• We ship via US Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation Numbers and notify you via e-mail when we schedule shipping.  Delivery Confirmation Number is not the same as a Tracking Number used by UPS.  USPS typically does not scan the item at the point of shipment, and in most cases, does not scan the item until it is delivered.  Therefore the USPS on-line site may indicate that USPS has only been "electronically notified" of shipping for several days.  This does not mean the item has not been shipped.  Occasionally it may get scanned "in-transit" at a sorting center along the way.  If this is the case, the date displayed at the USPS site is not necessarily the day it was shipped. 
• If you receive notification that it was scanned in Clackamas, Oregon; Oregon City, Oregon; or Portland, Oregon, then it probably is the date of shipping, or the first business day after the item is dropped off at the Post Office, especially if it is a weekend or holiday.
• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - We are only able to track Priority Mail International packages until it leaves a Post Office Air Mail Center (in Seattle, San Francisco or Kennedy-New York).  Delivery is quite variable due to Customs processing in your country.  Packages sent via First Class Mail International is uninsured and is not tracked.  To be insured, we must send via Priority Mail International, which is significantly higher, but includes basic carriage insurance.  Please contact us for shipping rates to countries that are not listed, or for 2 or more trays.
• You may be asked to pay customs charges by your respective country.
   
•  Please note that Transit Times are estimates and neither USPS nor UPS guarantees delivery within this time frame.  International shipment delays can only be investigated after 30 days from shipment, and only if sent by Priority Mail International.
• Insurance will insure against damage and loss.  If you choose not to insure your item, you will be taking responsibility for damage or loss.
• We have no control of your item after the item is shipped.  In case of problems with shipping, including damaged items, the proper procedure with the carrier will have to be followed.
